I implement and maintain a proactive IT support role within CABS. I have been tasked with projects as like Exchange Server migrations, computers system RFPs, desktop troubleshooting, and basic server administration. I use my growing understanding of UX principles to the IT domain, which has led to a marked increase in customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. I have extensive experience in troubleshooting Mac OS, Windows 10, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
