Help Desk Administrator, August 2013- March 2014

I was tasked with creating a workflow for a new helpdesk at a non-profit organization responsible for the transfer of all health information across Michigan. I learned about Salesforce administration and development and created a basic helpdesk and knowledge base from the ground up using what I learned. On a daily basis, I was also respnosible for serving our customers in solving connection errors and onboarding new users to become connected to the Health Information Network.
